MediaHost Orders Portal
The MediaHost Orders Portal is a digital advertising order management portal used by MediaHost and its client companies to plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple advertising platforms - including Google Ads, Google YouTube, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok - from a single, unified workflow.
What the Portal Does
- Allows authorized users to create digital advertising orders spanning multiple platforms in one guided wizard.
- Connects to a company's existing Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok advertising accounts (via OAuth) so that campaigns, ad groups, budgets, and creative assets can be created and managed directly from the portal.
- Enables uploading of video creative assets to YouTube as part of a campaign submission.
- Tracks and displays the status of submitted advertising orders and their connected accounts.
Who Uses This Portal
Access to the MediaHost Orders Portal is restricted to authorized MediaHost staff and client company users. Advertising accounts are connected and managed on behalf of the company placing the order.
Why We Request Access to Your Google Account
When you connect a Google account to the MediaHost Orders Portal, we request permission to view and manage your Google Ads campaigns and to upload video creative assets to YouTube on your behalf. This access is required so that the portal can:
- Read your existing Google Ads customer accounts so you can select which account an order should be created under.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and budgets that you configure through the order wizard.
- Upload video creative assets to YouTube as part of a submitted advertising order.
We only request the minimum scopes needed for these functions, we do not use your Google account data for any purpose unrelated to creating and managing the advertising orders you submit, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of what is described in our Privacy Policy.
