These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MediaHost Orders Portal (the "Service"), operated by MediaHost. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
The Service allows authorized users to create and manage digital advertising orders, including connecting third-party advertising accounts such as Google Ads, Google YouTube, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok, in order to create and manage campaigns on those platforms.
2. Account Connections
When you connect a third-party advertising account, you authorize the Service to access and act on that account via the respective platform's API, strictly for the purposes of creating, retrieving, and managing campaigns, ad groups, budgets, and related creative assets that you request through the Service. You may disconnect a connected account at any time, either within the Service or via the third-party platform's own account permissions settings.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data not belonging to you.
4. Company and User Data
Advertising accounts connected through the Service are associated with your company record within MediaHost. Users with appropriate permissions within a company may view and manage connected accounts and campaigns associated with that company.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MediaHost does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service or of any connected third-party platform API.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any connected third-party platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
